Shipping location: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.
Processing time: After placing an order, we will complete the order review, stock preparation and shipment within 15 to 30 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Note: Customized products or orders during the promotion period may take longer. We will notify you by email. - Mode of transportation and cost
Standard transportation: Free delivery (covering the entire territory of Australia), and the logistics partner is Australia Post or local express delivery service.
Expedited option: For expedited service (extra charge), please contact customer service team (contact@ecssfitness.com) to confirm feasibility.
International shipping: Direct mail overseas is not supported for the time being, but you can purchase it through the forwarding service. - Logistics tracking and delay
After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing the logistics tracking number, which can be tracked in real time through the official website of the express company.
If the order has not been dispatched within 30 days, we will contact you proactively and provide a compensation plan (such as discount coupons or priority processing). - Delivery issues and after-sales service
Address error: Please ensure the accuracy of the delivery information. If the package is returned due to incorrect filling, the shipping fee will need to be paid again.
