Refund / Return Policy

  1. Scope of policy application
    Due to the special nature of the goods, all sold sports and fitness products (including but not limited to equipment, clothing, digital courses, etc.) are not eligible for return, exchange or refund, except in the following exceptional circumstances:
    The goods are damaged or have serious quality problems during transportation (photos/videos must be provided as proof);
    The goods you received are seriously inconsistent with the description in the order (such as differences in model and function).
    Note: Customized products (such as personalized equipment and training plans) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  2. Problem handling process
    If you believe that the order meets the above exceptional conditions, please contact us within 48 hours after signing for it through the following steps:
    Submit evidence: Send an email to contact@ecssfitness.com with order number, a description of the problem and clear evidence (such as photos of damaged areas);
    Review feedback: We will verify and notify the handling plan by email within 3 working days.
    Solution: If it is confirmed that the responsible party is us, we may provide a replacement, partial refund or voucher compensation (the specific method will be determined by us).
  3. Important Notes
    Hygiene and Safety: For health reasons, personal items (such as protective gear, yoga MATS, etc.) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once opened.
    Digital products: Virtual goods such as online courses and e-books are regarded as completed delivery once sent and no refunds are supported.
    Discounted goods: For promotional or clearance goods clearly marked as “Final Sale”, no exception clauses apply.
  4. Consumer Rights Notice
    We suggest that you:
    Before placing an order, check the size table and function description on the product detail page.
    Using third-party payment tools (such as PayPal, credit cards) may provide additional dispute resolution channels. For specific details, please consult your payment service provider.
